EU & International Shipping
We offer shipping to the EU and many international locations. A list of available countries will be displayed during checkout. If you reach checkout and can't find your country listed for delivery, please contact us at frailajewellery@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or VAT charges once the item arrives in their country.
General Delivery Information
All orders are shipped via DPD, Royal Mail or Evri, either requiring a signature upon delivery or tracked. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for orders if no one is available to accept the delivery. We recommend ensuring someone is home to receive the parcel, or you can specify a safe place for delivery in your courier preferences.
If your order has not been delivered within the timeframe provided in your tracking update, please contact us at frailajewellery@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details.
Fraila Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any missing orders that are not reported to our team within 3 days of the missed delivery. This policy is in place for insurance purposes and cannot be waived.
Be sure to double-check your delivery address at checkout, as Fraila Jewellery is not liable for any errors made during the order process.
